BRIEF
Whilst on the Design for Adult Publishing course with the HarperCollins Design Academy, we were to redesign the book cover for Tapestries of Life by Anne Sverdup-Thygeson.
A fascinating insight into the wonders of the natural world; for fans of narrative non-fiction.
CONCEPT
The main theme I illustrated was the discussion of the vast amount of particles and organisms that make up and connect everything in the natural world. Especially where we cannot see them; it con be most extraordinary.
EXECUTION
I used Procreate and Photoshop to conceptualise and refine the design. Afterwards, I used InDesign to layout the elements.
